Cross Country Champions
Sat 23 Sep 2023Congratulations to these 2 pocket rockets. Both ran as individuals in the first R'dale schools cross country event of the year. Ella was first up in the Y7 girls comp, comfortably finishing 1st. Not to be outdone, Lucy then finished 1st in the Y8 girls comp. Amazing job girls

Fri 22 Sep 2023Today we welcomed Sr Imelda Poole and Dr Mary McHugh into school to speak to some of our year 10 and 11 students about the work they’re doing with the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation, based primarily in Albania, looking at modern day slavery/human trafficking

Swimming Champion
Tue 12 Sep 2023HFC great news to share - Gabby Yr 10 swam in the GB summer championship 2023 in Sheffield over the summer. One of the top events. She gained 3 silvers in 100 , 200 Breast stroke & silver in 100 medley relay for City of Salford swimming breaststroke leg . Awesome 2nd in UK

Gold for Year 9 student Andrew P
Sat 09 Sep 2023Last Sun 3rd Sept, Andrew competed at the Nova Grappling tournament in Croydon London. After 4 fights, he secured gold. Next competition will be Europeans in Wolverhampton where he will be facing the best fighters around Europe. Good luck Andrew
