A Message from the Headteacher

Welcome to Holy Family Roman Catholic and Church of England College.

 Our aim is to provide a Christian learning environment in which all members of our school community can grow, develop and nurture their God given talents.

 Together we strive for excellence in everything we do, encouraging and supporting one another, and we enjoy celebrating our success.

 Each year every attending student has left school with at least 6 GCSE passes and 59% of students leaving school in 2011 achieved the benchmark of 5 or more A*- C grades including Maths and English.  We believe that high quality education not only provides excellent examination success but also equips students with the necessary skills and qualities that enable them to be responsible and employable members of a 21st century society. Our high standards have resulted in 98% of students leaving last year now enjoying employment, education or employment with training.

 Ofsted's most recent judgement is that "Holy Family College is an outstanding school in every respect", an accolade which very few schools receive.

• BSF Building Work

  As recent visitors to School may have noticed, the building works associated with BSF have finally started. Carillion the company responsible for our building work intend to produce regular updates so that staff, students and anybody else associated with School know what is going on.
